  • Fits 1-inch hose for secure abrasion shielding

Eaton Aeroquip FC425-16 Nylon Abrasive Sleeve

This protective sleeve shields hydraulic hoses from external abrasion and wear. The nylon construction resists cuts and scuffs in demanding machinery environments. It is supplied in a 25-foot length for custom cutting to fit specific hose runs. Suitable for maintenance teams and machine shops managing hydraulic system integrity.

Application limits of the nylon sleeve

The sleeve fits hoses with a one-inch nominal size as indicated by the specification. Nylon material provides abrasion resistance but does not protect against chemical attack or extreme heat beyond its rating. Users must verify compatibility with specific hydraulic fluids and operating temperatures before installation. The 25-foot roll length may require joining for longer continuous coverage.
