Push Button Operator 30 mm

The Eaton HT8DBRB is a 30 mm mushroom head push button operator designed for industrial control panels. It features a maintained action with a 40 mm metal head and a red anodised aluminium bezel. The unit carries a single normally closed contact rated at 10A at 600V AC. It is built for Allen-Bradley pushbutton panel compatibility.

Suits panels needing one maintained stop control

This operator fits panels requiring a single maintained mushroom head with a 1NC contact for emergency stop or interlock functions. It meets NEMA ratings 1, 2, 3, 3R, 4, 4X, 12, 13 and IP66 for harsh environments. Buyers needing normally open contacts, multiple operators, or a momentary action should look at a different model.

Contact rating 10A at 600V AC

The contact block is rated 10A at 600V AC with an A600/P600 NEMA designation. This rating determines whether the device can switch your specific control circuit load. Verify your circuit voltage and current against this figure before installation. The screw clamp terminals accept standard wiring for secure connection.

Questions about this item

What panel cut-out size must I already have for the 30 mm operator to mount correctly?

The operator requires a standard 30 mm panel cut-out for installation.

Will the 1NC screw-clamp contacts rated at 10A 600V AC work with my existing A600/P600 control circuit?

Yes, the NEMA A600/P600 designation matches that contact rating for AC control circuits.

How can I verify the IP66 seal is effective after mounting the 40 mm mushroom head?

Inspect the gasket seating and confirm the NEMA 4X rating by checking for water ingress during a low-pressure wash-down test.
