It targets small offices and edge deployments that need to power cameras, access points or VoIP phones without separate injectors. The unmanaged design means zero configuration — just connect and go.

220 W PoE budget and 10 W system draw

The 220 W PoE+ budget comfortably runs a full complement of class 3 devices or a mix of higher-power endpoints across all sixteen ports. Unused ports automatically enter a low-power state without dropping link, keeping the switch itself at a maximum 10 W draw. When every port demands maximum PoE+ power simultaneously the budget becomes the limiting factor.

Replaces standalone injectors and non-PoE switches

This unit consolidates midspan injectors and a separate data switch into a single 1U metal chassis that fits a rack or a desktop. The jump is worth it when you are adding PoE devices to an existing non-PoE network or when cable runs make individual power supplies impractical. It does not serve environments that require VLANs, QoS or remote management.
