Controls 18 A inductive and 40 A resistive loads at 480 V AC with a 412/480 V coil on DIN rail or panel
The Eaton XTCE018C10C is a three-pole IEC magnetic contactor rated for 18 A inductive and 40 A resistive loads at 480 V AC. It suits panels that switch motors, heating elements or lighting circuits in industrial and commercial installations.
The coil operates at 412/480 V AC and the contactor carries a continuous 18 A inductive rating with 40 A resistive capacity. It runs out of headroom when the load exceeds either current value or when a reversing function is required, as this unit is non-reversing.
The contactor mounts on a standard DIN rail or directly on a panel and uses screw terminals for power and control wiring. Its 1.85 in width and 2 in height leave space for adjacent devices, while the single 1NO auxiliary contact provides a status signal without extra relays.

The new contactor carries 18 A inductive and 40 A resistive, so it supports a higher motor load than a 10 A device.
Measure coil voltage at the screw terminals; it should read between 412 V and 480 V AC when the control circuit is active.
The contactor mounts on DIN rail or panel directly; no extra clips are required for the 1.85 in frame.
