The Eaton XTCE025C01TD is a three-pole IEC magnetic contactor rated for 25 A inductive and 45 A resistive loads. It operates from a 24 V DC coil with a 24-27 V DC range and includes one normally-closed auxiliary contact. The unit mounts on DIN rail or panel and uses screw terminals for power connections.

Coil Voltage and Contact Limits

The contactor requires a 24-27 V DC supply to energise the coil, so control circuits must stay within that window. Switching capability is defined by the 25 A inductive and 45 A resistive ratings; loads exceeding those currents are outside the device's specified limits. The non-reversing design means it cannot change motor direction without additional components.

Capacity for Motor and Heating Loads

At 25 A inductive rating the contactor comfortably handles typical three-phase motors and similar inductive loads within that current band. The higher 45 A resistive rating provides headroom for heating elements or other resistive circuits. Applications demanding more than 25 A inductive or 45 A resistive current, or requiring reversing operation, fall outside this model's capacity.
