Protects motors with adjustable 4–20 A electronic overload and selectable trip classes 10, 20, 30
The Eaton XTOE020CCS is an electronic overload relay designed for three-phase motor protection in industrial control panels. It mounts directly to Series XT mini contactors and provides adjustable current settings from 4 A to 20 A with selectable trip classes.
This relay offers Trip Class 10, 20, and 30 settings to match different motor starting characteristics. It supports both automatic and manual reset modes after a trip event. The auxiliary contacts include one normally open and one normally closed contact for status signalling.
The adjustable current setting range of 4 A minimum to 20 A maximum is the key specification that determines if this relay matches the motor full-load current. Select this part when the protected motor operates within this window and requires IEC-style electronic protection.

Set the dial between 4 A and 20 A to match your motor’s full-load current; the relay protects across the whole range.
At 20 A the electronic trip unit opens the 1NO/1NC auxiliary contacts on overload, stopping the contactor and motor.
Class 10 trips in about 10 seconds at locked-rotor current, Class 20 in 20 seconds, Class 30 in 30 seconds.
