Electronic overload relay with 9-45 A range, 1NC/1NO contacts and selectable trip class 10/20/30
The Eaton XTOE045CCSS overload relay protects three-phase motor circuits in industrial control panels. It is built for maintenance teams and panel builders who need electronic overload protection with selectable trip classes. It is not suited for single-phase loads or for applications that require a built-in thermal element.
The adjustable setting spans 9 A to 45 A, covering a broad range of motor full-load currents with a single device. Trip classes 10, 20 and 30 are selectable to match different motor acceleration profiles.
Electronic sensing eliminates the heat of traditional thermal units, so the relay runs cooler inside the enclosure. Auto and manual reset modes give flexibility after a trip event. Power draw is minimal compared with electromechanical alternatives.

It is the highest overload current the relay can be set to protect; the motor will be disconnected if current exceeds the chosen setting up to 45 A.
The relay is selectable for Trip Class 10, 20 or 30, defining the maximum time it takes to trip at a given overload multiple.
It uses a separately mounted design with Frame Size C and is compatible with Series XT Mini Contactors.
