Protects three-phase motors up to 32 A and 600 V with a selector-switch operator
The Eaton XTPR Series manual motor protector handles three-phase loads up to 32 A and 600 V AC. It provides thermal overload protection and manual switching in a single 3-pole unit. Suitable for industrial control panels and machinery where direct motor isolation is required.
A rotary selector switch acts as the operator, giving clear on, off and trip positions for daily use. The transparent cover allows visual confirmation of the switch state without opening the enclosure. Three poles ensure all phases are disconnected simultaneously when turned off.
The built-in overload relay can be set up to 32 A, matching the protector’s rated current for precise motor protection. Horsepower ratings cover 10 hp at 208 V and 240 V, 25 hp at 480 V and 30 hp at 600 V three-phase, plus 3 hp at 120 V and 5 hp at 240 V single-phase. No additional accessories or software are included.

The 600V AC maximum voltage rating caps the supply voltage the protector can safely interrupt and monitor across its three poles.
The front-mounted selector switch operator is designed for panel-door installation through a standard cut-out with the body secured on a DIN rail or base plate behind the panel.
Turn the adjustment dial to 32 A maximum overload relay current setting, then verify the dial clicks into the detent so the setting locks instead of drifting.
