EBODA B18P portable speaker

The EBODA B18P is a compact portable speaker built for outdoor use. Its rugged rubber housing includes a carabiner for attaching to backpacks or bikes. An IP67 rating means it withstands submersion in one metre of water for 30 minutes and floats if dropped in. A 2000 mAh battery delivers up to 24 hours of playback.

Suits travellers needing a rugged floating speaker

Hikers, kayakers and beach-goers who want a waterproof, dustproof speaker that can survive immersion will appreciate the IP67 protection and floating design. The integrated carabiner makes it easy to secure to gear. Buyers who want more storage or a larger driver for higher output should look at something else.

IP67 waterproof and floating

The defining specification is the IP67 rating combined with a floating body. This guarantees the speaker survives full submersion at one metre for 30 minutes and remains retrievable on water. No other single figure determines suitability as clearly for pool, beach or boating use.
