  • 12-24 V DC operation suits most RV electrical systems
  • IP65 sealed housing resists dust and water ingress
  • 10 7/8 in compact bar mounts on lighter plug for quick setup

Compact 11-inch LED warning light

The ECCO 5550CAC-VM Mini Lightbar measures 10 7/8 inches long and uses amber and white LEDs behind a clear rectangular lens. It draws 48.6 watts from a 12-24V DC supply and connects through a lighter plug for removable installation. Four heads produce a flashing pattern rated to SAE J845 Class 1.

SAE Class 1 flashing visibility limits

The light pattern meets SAE J845 Class 1 output for high-visibility warning use. Operation is confined to the flashing mode supplied; no steady-burn or alternate patterns are described. The lighter-plug power connection restricts use to vehicles with an accessible 12-24V DC outlet and limits permanent hard-wiring options.

IP65 sealed housing with magnetic mount implication

An IP65 rating protects the internals from dust and low-pressure water jets during exterior mounting. The removable installation type and lighter plug imply a magnetic or suction-cup base for quick attachment and removal. The 2 3/16 inch height and 7 5/8 inch depth keep the profile low on roof or deck surfaces.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the amber/clear lens version or a different color option?

The lens is clear and the LEDs flash amber and white, so this single model delivers both colors without needing a separate version.

What does the 48.6 W rating mean once the lightbar is running on my RV?

It draws 48.6 watts from a 12–24 V DC supply, giving a bright SAE J845 Class 1 flash pattern while staying within typical RV electrical capacity.

How does the lighter-plug connection limit where I can mount the 11 in lightbar?

The 12 V lighter plug powers the unit directly, so mounting is restricted to locations within cable reach of a 12–24 V DC outlet.
