Forklift Perimeter Warning Light

The Ecco ED3777G is a green LED safety light designed for forklifts and universal industrial vehicles. It projects a flashing perimeter beam to alert pedestrians and operators in busy work zones. The unit carries an SAE J595 Class 1 rating and an IP67 ingress protection rating for harsh environments.

Suits Permanent 12-24V Installations

This light fits fleets that need a hard-wired, permanent mount on material-handling equipment running on 12 or 24 volt DC systems. It is not suited for portable or temporary mounting, nor for vehicles that require a different flash pattern or colour than the fixed green output provided.

17 Watt LED Output and IP67 Sealing

The 17 watt LED array delivers a high-intensity flashing pattern visible in daylight and low-light conditions. The IP67 rating ensures the sealed housing withstands pressure washing and heavy dust exposure. The blunt-cut wire leads require basic electrical termination skills to complete the installation.

Questions about this item

What voltage supply must my forklift provide for the ED3777G to operate?

The light runs on 12-24 V DC, so any forklift electrical system within that range will power it directly.

Will the SAE J595 Class 1 rating on this green LED interfere with older incandescent warning lights I keep on the same vehicle?

No, the ED3777G draws 17 W and flashes independently; it adds perimeter warning without affecting legacy lights on the same 12-24 V circuit.

How can I confirm the IP67 seal is intact after permanent mounting?

Apply 12-24 V DC and verify the green LED flashes a steady perimeter pattern; water ingress would disrupt the flash or kill the light entirely.
