128 GB USB 3.0 flash storage

The EDGE Tech C3 is a 128 GB USB 3.0 flash drive designed for everyday file transfer and backup. Its capless swivel mechanism protects the connector without a separate lid. An aluminium clip adds physical durability for transport. The drive operates on Windows, Mac and Linux without driver installation.

Suits users needing encrypted portable storage

The bundled CryptArchiver software creates a password-protected vault using 256-bit AES or 448-bit Blowfish encryption. This makes the drive appropriate for anyone carrying sensitive documents, photos or financial data. Buyers who only need plain mass storage without software-based encryption may find the feature unnecessary.

Plug into any USB-A port for immediate access

Backward compatibility with USB 2.0 ports ensures the drive works on older hardware, albeit at reduced speed. No external power or additional cables are required. The compact form factor leaves adjacent ports free on crowded hubs or laptops.

Questions about this item

What type of USB port does the EDGE C3 128GB drive need for its 3.0 speeds?

The drive requires a USB 3.0 port to reach its advertised transfer rates. It will still function on USB 2.0 ports but at the slower 2.0 speed.

Will the EDGE C3 128GB drive work on a computer that only has USB 2.0 ports?

Yes, the drive is backwards compatible with USB 2.0 ports, so you can access files on older hardware, though transfer rates will be limited to the 2.0 specification.

How can I verify the EDGE C3 128GB drive is encrypting data with the included CryptArchiver software?

Run the CryptArchiver wizard to create a password-protected vault using either 256-bit AES or 448-bit Blowfish encryption; files placed inside that vault are secured and only accessible with your password.
