Undersink Tankless Heater for Commercial Use

The Eemax EX190TC ML is a 240V AC electric tankless water heater designed for indoor commercial and industrial environments. It serves single or multi-fixture applications where space is limited and on-demand hot water is required. The unit operates on a single phase and activates at a minimum flow of 0.3 gpm.

Adjustable Thermostat with 105°F Maximum

An adjustable thermostat lets the installer set the delivered temperature up to a maximum of 105 degrees Fahrenheit. The minimum delivered temperature is 110 degrees Fahrenheit. This range supports applications needing consistent output without storing heated water in a tank.

19 kW Power Draw Requires 80 A Supply

The heater consumes 19,000 W and draws 80 A at 240 V AC. This electrical demand determines whether the existing service can support the unit without upgrades. The 3/4 inch cold inlet and 3 gpm maximum flow rate define the plumbing connection and peak capacity.

Questions about this item

Will the heating elements need periodic descaling?

Scale buildup on the elements depends on local water hardness; the unit has no self-cleaning cycle so plan to flush or descale according to your water conditions.

At 19 kW and 80 A draw, what limits continuous output first?

The 19,000 W power rating and 80 A current set the thermal ceiling; flow above 3 gpm or inlet temperatures requiring more than 105 °F rise will hit that limit first.

How much waste heat and noise does the 19 kW unit add to a cabinet all day?

Nearly all 19,000 W becomes water heat, so cabinet temperature rises noticeably; the unit has no fan, so operating noise is limited to water flow and contactor clicks.
