Six fans at 2400 RPM deliver 35–70 CFM airflow at 21–23 dBA for ultrabooks and notebooks
This black cooling pad targets users of ultrabooks, playbooks and standard notebooks who need active airflow under the chassis. Six 60 x 60 x 15 mm fans spin at up to 2400 RPM to move between 35 and 70 CFM across a 360 x 255 mm metal-mesh surface. A 0.7 m cable connects to two USB 2.0 or 1.1 ports for power.
Measured noise stays between 21 and 23 dBA while the fans run at full speed. The unit draws a rated 0.38 A from the USB ports, keeping power demand low for most laptop adapters. Air volume scales from 35 to 70 CFM depending on the speed setting chosen.
A built-in speed control lets the user adjust fan RPM to match workload and noise tolerance. Two USB 2.0/1.1 ports on the hub replace the occupied port and add a second connection for peripherals. The metal-mesh top surface adds rigidity without blocking airflow.

Plug the cable into a USB 2.0 or 1.1 port on the laptop; the second connector is for pass-through so you do not lose the port.
The six 60 × 60 × 15 mm fans accumulate dust; clean the metal mesh and fan blades regularly to maintain the 35–70 CFM airflow.
The fans run at 2400 ± 15 % RPM with a 21–23 dBA noise floor; sustained load pushes noise to the upper end before thermal throttling becomes an issue.
