Product Identity

The eForChina Premium Edition Dazzling Red is a laptop cooling pad equipped with six fans. It supports ultrabooks, playbooks and standard notebooks through a metal mesh surface.

Capacity and Headroom

Six 60x60x15mm fans spin at 2400 RPM ±15% and move 35 to 70 CFM of air at 21 to 23 dBA. The 0.7 m cable connects via two USB 2.0/1.1 ports drawing 0.38 A, limiting placement to nearby ports.

Bundled Extras Impact

Dual USB pass-through ports replace the occupied port and allow a mouse or flash drive to stay connected. The red metal mesh finish adds a distinctive look while the slim 27 mm profile fits inside most laptop sleeves.

Questions about this item

Will the 360x255mm metal-mesh surface support my 15-inch ultrabook without blocking its own vents?

The pad measures 360 by 255 millimetres and uses an open metal-mesh top, so air from the six 60-millimetre fans reaches the laptop’s bottom vents directly.

How can I confirm the six fans are running at the rated 2400 RPM after I plug it in?

With the speed control turned up you should hear only 21 to 23 dBA and feel a steady airflow in the 35 to 70 CFM range from the six 60-millimetre fans.

Does the 0.7-metre dual USB 2.0 cable supply enough power, or do I need a separate adapter?

The pad draws 0.38 amps at 5 volts through the two USB 2.0/1.1 plugs on the 0.7-metre cable, so no external power brick is required.
