What this mouse is

The eForChina SXS-838 is a wired gaming mouse with a 1600 DPI optical sensor and a pink honeycomb shell. It weighs 65 g and measures 12.8 x 6.1 x 3.9 cm. The 1.5 m cable connects via USB for plug-and-play operation on any PC or laptop.

RGB lighting effect

Built-in RGB illumination adds colourful lighting effects that run automatically once the mouse is powered. No software installation is required to activate the lights, and there is no driver package bundled to customise patterns or synchronise with other devices.

Installation and common issues

Simply plug the USB connector into a free port and the mouse is ready to use. The fixed 1600 DPI setting cannot be changed on the fly, so users who need adjustable sensitivity will find it limiting. The lightweight honeycomb build may feel unfamiliar to anyone accustomed to heavier solid-shell mice.

Questions about this item

How often will the PTFE mouse feet on the SXS-838 need replacing?

The mouse uses standard PTFE feet; replacement timing depends on pad surface and daily hours, but typical sets last many months before glide degrades.

Which limit appears first during extended sessions — the fixed 1600 DPI sensor ceiling or cable drag?

The hard 1600 DPI ceiling is reached instantly; cable drag on the 1.5 m cord becomes noticeable only with restricted desk space.

How much heat does the RGB lighting add to the 65 g shell during all-day use?

LED draw is low; the hollow honeycomb chassis stays near ambient temperature even with lighting at full brightness.
