Torx Key Range T6 to T20

This Eklind fold-up set contains seven Torx keys covering tip sizes T6, T7, T8, T9, T10, T15 and T20. The black-oxide finish resists corrosion during regular use. Keys pivot out from a single organiser handle for quick selection. Overall key lengths span from 2 51/64 in to 4 in.

Compact storage limits leverage

The fold-up design keeps all seven keys together in a pocket-sized organiser, suiting technicians who value portability. Short key lengths reduce reach and torque compared with full-length drivers, so the set is less suited to deeply recessed or tightly fastened Torx screws. Buyers needing extended reach or higher leverage should consider individual long-reach drivers instead.

Questions about this item

Will the T6 through T20 Torx tips wear out and need replacing under normal use?

The black-oxide tips are hardened for durability; with correct sizing and torque they last years, but rounding can occur if a tip is forced in a stripped fastener.

What stops me from applying continuous high torque with the short fold-up handle?

The short 2 51/64 in to 4 in arms limit leverage, so hand fatigue and tip cam-out become the practical ceiling before the steel yields.
