  • Protects thermostat from children and household risks with a lockable cover
  • Secures device against misuse or theft in public spaces by restricting dial access
  • Preserves Nest sensor functionality through a design that does not interrupt sensors
  • Simple slip-on installation requires no remodelling or readjustment
  • Compatible with Nest Learning Thermostat generations 1 to 3; not compatible with 2020 model

Home protection for Nest thermostats

The elago Lock secures Nest Learning Thermostat 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation units and the Thermostat E against unwanted adjustments or removal. It is designed for households and public spaces where physical access to the dial needs to be restricted.

Limited compatibility with newer models

The lock cover does not fit the Nest Thermostat 2020 release. Installation is a simple slip-on action that requires no tools or rewiring, but the physical dimensions only match the listed legacy generations.

Dial restriction with app-only control

When fitted, the rotating dial is blocked so temperature changes can only be made through the Nest app. The cover leaves the front sensors exposed, preserving motion and temperature detection while preventing local input.
