Electro-Voice CXU-75 75' 50Ohm Semi-Flexible Coaxial Cable with TNC M Connector

75-foot 50-ohm coaxial cable

The Electro-Voice CXU-75 is a 75-foot semi-flexible coaxial cable built for antenna installations that demand low signal loss. It serves broadcast engineers, AV installers and anyone running extended cable runs between antennas and receivers. The cable arrives terminated on both ends with TNC male connectors, ready for immediate integration into existing 50-ohm systems. Its semi-flexible construction balances easy routing with shape retention under tension.

Less than 3.5 dB loss per 100 feet

Signal attenuation stays below 3.5 dB over 100 feet at UHF frequencies, making this the decisive specification for long-distance runs. The 50-ohm impedance maintains consistent signal strength across the full length, reducing degradation risk compared to mismatched alternatives. At the supplied 75-foot length the actual loss is proportionally lower, preserving signal integrity for critical reception. This performance level suits professional broadcast and demanding home installations alike.

Handles extended runs, not ultra-long hauls

The cable comfortably handles standard extended antenna runs up to its 75-foot length with minimal attenuation. For distances significantly beyond 100 feet the cumulative loss would exceed the rated threshold, requiring amplification or lower-loss waveguide. It is not suited for buyers needing cables longer than the supplied length without additional AB-2 brackets for extension. Installers requiring different connector types or impedance values must look elsewhere.
