What this SIM does for your tracker

This ElectroFlip GPS.cards SIM is built specifically for GPS tracking devices such as the Honeywell TAM-252. It turns a dormant tracker into an active unit that reports position data to a mobile app and a web platform. The card targets fleet operators and individual owners who need a ready-to-use connectivity solution without negotiating carrier plans themselves.

The spec that decides fit

The card operates on 4G, 3G, 2G and LTE CatM1 cellular bands and is supplied as a 3in1 nano, micro and standard form factor. Compatibility is claimed across more than 1500 GPS tracker models, so the decisive factor is whether your device accepts one of those physical sizes and supports the listed network technologies.

Install experience and common issues

Activation is handled by the supplier after purchase; the SIM is then inserted like any standard card and the GPScards mobile app provides Google Maps tracking, history, real-time movement and alerts for low battery, speed, geofence, parking and motion events. The most frequent problem is inserting the wrong punch-out size or failing to complete the supplier-led activation before mounting the tracker.

Questions about this item

How does the included GPS platform turn the Honeywell TAM-252 into an active tracker?

The SIM provides unlimited data plus the GPScards mobile app and web portal, which together push real-time Google Maps locations, history, speed alerts, geofence alerts and low-battery alerts straight to your phone or PC.

What cellular bands does the SIM use and what speed tier does that limit me to?

It connects on 4G, 3G, 2G and LTE CatM1 bands, so the tracker falls back automatically to the strongest available network; CatM1 caps throughput at low-bandwidth IoT rates suitable for position packets.

Will the 3-in-1 card fit the SIM slot on my TAM-252 without cutting?

Yes — the card snaps out to nano, micro or standard size, matching whichever slot the TAM-252 uses.
