What it is

This is a prepaid SIM card built specifically for GPS trackers such as the Locarus 702S. It bundles cellular data with the GPScards mobile app and a web portal so the tracker can be monitored on Google Maps from a phone or computer. The card arrives ready to activate and works with a 3-in-1 form factor that fits nano, micro and standard slots.

Why upgrade

It replaces a generic phone SIM that lacks the dedicated tracking platform and often costs more per month. The jump is worth it when you want a single package that handles data, device provisioning, mapping and alerts without manual APN configuration. The card supports 4G, 3G, 2G and LTE CatM1 bands and is validated on over 1500 tracker models.

Who it suits

Ideal for owners of the Locarus 702S or any compatible tracker who want real-time location history, geofence alerts and low-battery warnings in one app. Not suited for users who need voice minutes, SMS bundles or high-bandwidth data for phones, tablets or mobile hotspots. Builders who require a SIM locked to a single carrier or a specific roaming agreement should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Which SIM size does the 3-in-1 card provide for the Locarus 702S tracker?

The card includes nano, micro and standard sizes in one piece; punch out the size that matches the tracker's slot.

What activation step is required before the GPScards mobile app will show real-time location on Google Maps?

Register the SIM on the GPS.cards website, choose a data plan, then wait for the confirmation email before inserting the card into the tracker.

When the prepaid data allowance runs out, what must be done to keep tracking active?

Log into the GPS.cards account and purchase a new data top-up; the same SIM remains in the tracker and service resumes once the payment clears.
