Montrose Turntable with Powered Speakers

The Electrohome RR36EB30 combines a belt-drive turntable with a pair of 4-inch Bluetooth powered bookshelf speakers in a brown wood cabinet. An Audio-Technica diamond-tipped stylus and built-in phono preamp are pre-installed for immediate playback.

Buyers wanting wireless streaming

Bluetooth output sends audio to wireless headphones or external speakers, while a USB recording function converts vinyl to MP3 files on a flash drive. The integrated design suits listeners who prefer a single coordinated system rather than separate components.

Audio-Technica stylus with anti-resonant platter

The tonearm assembly is isolated from the platter to reduce vibration, and the automatic speed control motor maintains consistent rotation at 30 and 36 RPM. This combination determines tracking accuracy and pitch stability for every record played.

Questions about this item

How loud or warm does the 18.93 lb Montrose turntable get during all-day playback?

The belt-drive motor with automatic speed control runs quietly; the separate tonearm and anti-resonant platter keep vibration and heat low even after hours of use.

What must I already own to use the vinyl-to-MP3 recording feature?

A USB flash drive is required to capture the digital files; the turntable handles the encoding internally.

Will my older passive speakers work with this system if I keep them?

The included 4-inch powered bookshelf speakers have their own amplification, so legacy passive speakers are not needed and cannot be driven directly by the turntable.
