Digital football simulation

Madden NFL 17 Super Deluxe is a downloadable sports game published by EA for Xbox One. The Super Deluxe Edition includes 15 Ultimate Team All-Pro Packs that add veteran and current NFL players to your roster. Rated E for Everyone, the title centres on a Franchise mode that puts you in charge of a Championship run with expanded decision-making and deeper commentary.

Xbox One platform constraint

The digital code is locked to the Xbox One DRM system, so it cannot be redeemed on Xbox Series X|S, PC or any other platform. Online features may be retired after 30 days' notice, and mandatory content updates can require additional bandwidth. The original pre-order promotion expired on 22 August 2016.

Ultimate Team starter bundle

The 15 included packs provide an immediate infusion of player items for Ultimate Team and Draft Champions modes. Franchise mode offers the deepest single-player progression without extra purchases. Buyers who want ongoing competitive Ultimate Team content or cross-generation play will find the edition does not supply those pathways.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the Super Deluxe Edition or the Standard Edition of Madden NFL 17?

The Super Deluxe Edition includes 15 Madden NFL Ultimate Team All-Pro Packs for building a dream team in Ultimate Team mode, while the Standard Edition does not contain these bonus packs.

What does the 15 All-Pro Packs figure mean once I start playing Madden NFL 17?

Each pack delivers player items for Ultimate Team, so the 15 packs give an immediate roster boost to build a competitive squad from past and present NFL favourites.

How does the Xbox One DRM limit where I can play this downloadable code?

The code redeems on an Xbox One console or through the Xbox account system, tying the licence to that platform and requiring an Xbox Live connection for online features.
