Game edition and platform

Need for Speed: Heat Standard Edition is a downloadable racing game published by Electronic Arts for Xbox One. The digital code delivers the full base title without additional DLC packs. Players receive a T-rated experience focused on street-racing progression.

Day and night racers versus offline players

The design suits drivers who want a single-player campaign with day-time sanctioned events and night-time illicit races pursued by a rogue police task force. Extensive car customisation and reputation systems reward expressive play. Buyers without a persistent internet connection or an EA account cannot access any online features.

Xbox One DRM requirement

The product uses Xbox One DRM, so the code must be redeemed on that platform before play is possible. An active internet connection and acceptance of the EA User Agreement are mandatory to launch the game.
