elgato A3-B HDMI Capture Card 4K 60Hz 1080P 240Hz 1440P 144Hz USB 3.2 Yellow Black

What the A3-B capture card is

The Elgato A3-B is a USB 3.2 Gen 1 HDMI capture device that records or streams gameplay at up to 4K 60 Hz while passing through 1080p 240 Hz or 1440p 144 Hz signals. It adds HDR, VRR and ALLM support plus a 3.5 mm audio port for mixing chat and game sound. The unit is driver-free on Windows, macOS, Linux and major consoles.

Streamers and creators who need 4K 60 capture

This card suits anyone capturing console or PC gameplay at 4K 60 Hz with high-refresh passthrough for competitive monitors. It also handles ultrawide formats such as 3440×1440 60 Hz and 2560×1080 144 Hz. Buyers who must record protected HDCP content without extra hardware, or who require internal PCIe capture, should look elsewhere.

The USB 3.2 Gen 1 5 Gbps interface decides fit

Your host must provide a USB 3.0 or 3.2 Gen 1 port capable of 5 Gbps throughput; USB 2.0 cannot sustain the 4K 60 Hz or high-refresh data rates. The single HDMI input and loop-out handle both capture and local monitoring, while the 3.5 mm jack manages audio routing. Verify the port type before purchase.
