Elkay LK99 Stainless Steel Drain

Elkay LK99 Stainless Steel Drain

The Elkay LK99 is a stainless steel bath and shower drain designed for standard plumbing installations. It suits homeowners and professionals replacing an existing drain fitting in residential bathrooms. The transparent color finish coordinates with various fixture styles. This product is sold as a new component.

Simple screw-in installation fits standard drain

Installation typically involves threading the unit into the existing drain body using basic hand tools. The most common issue arises when the existing flange dimensions or thread pitch do not match this specific model. Ensuring the old drain body is clean and undamaged prevents leaks after fitting.

Verify your existing drain body thread type

Before ordering, confirm the thread specification and flange size of your current drain assembly match this fitting. Check that the drain opening diameter is compatible with the LK99 design. This drain is not suited for sinks or specialty vessels requiring a different drain profile.
