Product Identity

The Elo Touch Solutions 1594L is a 16-inch open-frame touchscreen monitor designed for integration into kiosks, industrial equipment or custom enclosures. Its portable form factor suits system builders who need a compact display with touch input for embedded applications.

Build And Connectivity

The unit ships with HDMI and VGA cables for video, a USB cable for touch data and an RJ45 OSD remote for menu control. Flush-mount brackets and screws are included, allowing the open frame to sit flat against a panel cut-out for a clean, professional installation.

Thermals And Power

An LED backlight keeps heat output low during continuous operation, so the monitor runs quietly without active cooling in typical indoor environments. The 25 ms response time supports standard interactive workloads without excessive power draw.

Questions about this item

What video interfaces does the 1594L support and what resolution ceiling do they impose?

The package includes HDMI and VGA cables, so the monitor accepts both digital and analogue inputs; practical resolution is limited by the 16-inch panel's native pixel count.

What mounting hardware is supplied and what clearance does the open-frame design require?

Flush-mount brackets with screws are included for surface mounting; the open-frame chassis has no bezel, so the cut-out must match the 15.6-inch active area exactly.

How is the touch function connected and which cable step is most often missed?

Touch data runs over the supplied USB cable; the step installers skip is plugging that USB lead into the host before calibrating the screen.
