A 19-inch open-frame touchscreen with 1280 x 1024 resolution, 5-wire resistive AccuTouch, HDMI, VGA, DisplayPort and USB 2.0, sealed against dirt and liquids for commercial integration
The Elo 1991L is a 19-inch open-frame display built for point-of-sale and kiosk integration. It uses a 5-wire resistive AccuTouch layer that registers single-touch input through a sealed surface resistant to dust and liquids. Connectivity includes HDMI, VGA, DisplayPort, USB 2.0 and dual serial ports for flexible system attachment.
The LED panel runs at a typical 17 W power draw while delivering 250 cd/m² brightness and a 1,000:1 contrast ratio. A 14 ms response time and 60 Hz refresh rate keep the image stable during continuous use. The resistive touch layer requires no calibration drift correction over long shifts, and the sealed front simplifies cleaning without downtime.
This unit upgrades installations that rely on non-sealed bezels or separate touch overlays prone to contamination. The jump is worth it when the environment exposes the screen to spills, dust or frequent public contact. It is not suited for applications needing multi-touch gestures or higher than 1280 x 1024 resolution.

The monitor consumes 17 W during operation, so heat output stays low even after all-day use in a kiosk or point-of-sale lane.
An HDMI cable is included in the box, so no extra video cable is required for the HDMI input.
Yes, the display provides both VGA and HDMI inputs, and the resistive touch controller works over the supplied USB or serial link regardless of which video source you use.
