A 19-inch open-frame touchscreen with projected capacitive multi-touch, sealed front for IP65 rating, 1280 x 1024 resolution and VESA mounting
The Elo 1991L is a 19-inch open-frame LCD touchscreen built for commercial point-of-sale, kiosk and industrial automation installations. It uses TouchPro projected capacitive technology with ten-touch input and supports glove operation. The unit ships without a power brick and integrates through HDMI, VGA and DisplayPort video inputs.
The 5:4 panel delivers 1280 x 1024 resolution at 60 Hz with 225 nits brightness and a 1000:1 contrast ratio. Wide 178-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles maintain colour accuracy in portrait or landscape orientation. Power draw is 17 W active, 1.5 W sleep and 0.5 W off, so thermal load stays low in enclosed cabinets.
The 100 x 100 mm VESA pattern lets the 1991L drop into existing mounting points when upgrading legacy 19-inch open-frame displays. IP65 front sealing and a zero-bezel design simplify enclosure work compared with bezelled predecessors. The jump is worth it when you need ten-touch PCAP reliability, glove support and long-term availability backed by 50,000-hour MTBF testing.
