Elo Edge Connect Speaker Bar

The Elo E894719 is a black speaker bar designed for Edge Connect compatible point-of-sale systems. It adds audio output to the terminal without requiring a separate power brick or additional cabling. The accessory mounts directly to the display periphery for a clean countertop installation. It suits retailers and hospitality operators who need integrated sound for alerts or media.

Upgrade from basic terminal beeps

This accessory replaces the minimal internal buzzer found on most POS terminals with a full-range speaker bar. The jump is worth it when the environment demands clear voice prompts, promotional audio or transaction confirmation tones that staff and customers can hear over background noise. It is not for buyers who want more storage or builders who need a second card.

Edge Connect interface limits

The speaker bar draws power and signal exclusively through the proprietary Edge Connect port on supported Elo displays. No external adapter or audio jack is used, so the terminal must provide that specific connector. Cable routing is fixed by the mounting geometry, limiting repositioning flexibility. The accessory adds no wireless or Bluetooth capability.
