Product Identity

The Em-D-Kay TSSL30026 is a Grade 2 cylindrical lever lockset with a satin chrome US26D finish. It operates a privacy function suited to bedrooms and bathrooms and features an angled lever design for comfortable grip. The unit is supplied without a cylinder and fits standard commercial door preparations.

Door Compatibility Check

Verify the door thickness falls between 1-3/8 inch and 1-3/4 inch before ordering. The lock requires a 2-3/4 inch backset and a 2 inch clearance from the lever to the door surface. Ensure the door face allows the lever return to sit within 3/8 inch. The adjustable front suits flat or beveled edges.

Installation Requirements

The lockset fits wood or metal doors and includes a wrought brass or bronze front measuring 2-1/4 by 1-1/8 inch plus a standard strike plate. A solid brass latchbolt with 1/2 inch throw is reversible for left or right handing. Separate spring mechanisms prevent lever sag. Buyers needing a keyed entry or passage function should select a different lockset.
