emolife XL Silicone Counter Mat

The emolife silicone counter mat measures 23.62 by 15.75 inches and is 2mm thick. It is designed to protect kitchen countertops, dining tables and other workstations from spills, scratches, grease and heat. The food-grade silicone material is non-stick, non-slip and waterproof. It can also be cut to any shape for a custom fit.

Heat Resistance and Noise Reduction

The mat withstands temperatures from -40°F to 446°F, making it safe for use under appliances such as air fryers, microwaves and toaster ovens. It does not absorb odours and reduces appliance vibration noise during operation. The surface is smooth and easily cleaned with soap and water. It must not be used with an open flame.

Build Quality and Daily Use

The 2mm thickness helps the mat lay flat without wrinkles and provides durable heat insulation for countertop protection. Its flexible construction allows it to be rolled up for compact storage. The multipurpose design suits baking, pastry work, crafts, jewellery making and pet feeding areas. It is reusable and hand-washable for repeated use.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 23.62x15.75in mat on my countertop, and what step do people often miss?

Unroll the mat and lay it flat; the 2mm thickness prevents wrinkles. The step often missed is trimming it with scissors to fit around corners or appliances before placing hot items on it.

What maintenance or replacement will the silicone mat need over time?

Hand wash with soap and water after each use. The food-grade silicone resists odors and stains, but replace the mat if deep cuts, persistent warping, or surface degradation appear after heavy use.

What is the first limit reached when the mat is under sustained heat from an air fryer?

The heat-resistance ceiling is 446°F; sustained temperatures above that will degrade the silicone faster than physical wear or slipping will.
