Target Users

Owners of the specified A1932 MacBook Air who want scratch protection without blocking ports or hinge movement will find this case suitable. Buyers with earlier MacBook Air 13 inch models or any other laptop cannot use this case because the moulding matches the A1932 chassis exclusively.

Model Verification

The case works solely when the model number on the underside reads A1932; any other identifier means the case will not align with ports, vents or the hinge area. Check the printed code before ordering to avoid a mismatch.

Questions about this item

Will this case fit my MacBook Air 13.3" model A1932?

The case is designed only for the 2018 and 2019 MacBook Air 13.3" with Retina Display and Touch ID carrying model number A1932. Check the "A1xxx" number on the bottom of your laptop before ordering.

How do I install the top and bottom shells without cracking them?

Align the top shell with the keyboard deck and the bottom shell with the base, then press gently from the centre outwards until each corner clicks. Forcing one corner first can snap the polycarbonate clips.

Do the ventilation slots stay clear over time, or do they clog with dust?

The case is fully vented for heat disbursement. Blow compressed air through the slots every few months to prevent dust build-up that could restrict airflow.
