Compatibility Limits 11.6 inch Air

This case fits only MacBook Air 11.6 inch models A1370 and A1465 released in 2015. It will not fit any other MacBook model including other 11 inch variants or later generations. Buyers must verify the A1xxx number on the bottom of their device before ordering.

Installation and Common Issues

The hard plastic top and bottom covers snap on and off without tools. The design allows the lid to open fully and keeps all ports accessible. Because there are no cut outs the fit is tight; forcing the shell onto a mismatched model can crack the plastic or block ventilation slots.

Protection and Finish

A matte black semi translucent coating resists scrapes and scratches while sliding easily in and out of bags. Fully vented construction lets heat escape during use. Buyers who want a clear shell, a cut out logo window or compatibility with newer MacBook Air models should look elsewhere.
