En Route Travelware Heroclip Small 50 lbs 1.1 oz Stealth Black

Heroclip Small 50 lb capacity

The Heroclip Small is a 3-in-1 carabiner and hook designed for travellers and outdoor users who need to hang bags, gear or accessories from a variety of anchor points. It supports loads up to 50 lbs while weighing only 1.1 oz, making it a lightweight addition to a backpack, purse or stroller. The aircraft-grade aluminium body measures 2.4 inches wide and 3 inches high when closed. A rubber tip on the hook provides grip on smooth or slippery surfaces.

360° swivel hook and gate clearances

The hook rotates 360 degrees so the attached item stays accessible from any angle, and it nests inside the carabiner gate when not in use. Gate clearance is 1.2 inches, while the hook itself clears 1.5 inches, limiting the thickness of the object you can clip onto. When fully deployed the unit spans 2.2 by 5.6 inches, which determines the maximum reach between the anchor point and the hanging gear. The non-locking gate means the clip can open if subjected to vibration or accidental contact.

Not rated for climbing or fall protection

The manufacturer explicitly warns that this Heroclip must not be used for climbing, lifting people or any situation where disconnection could cause bodily harm or property damage. Buyers who need a life-safety rated carabiner or a locking gate for critical load-bearing applications cannot use this product. It is intended solely for organising and hanging everyday gear such as backpacks, wetsuits or shopping bags.
