Intrinsically Safe Orange Headlamp

The Energizer ENISHD32E is an MSHA-listed headlamp built for hazardous-area work where intrinsic safety certification is mandatory. Its orange polymer body weighs 0.4 lb with batteries installed and carries a 1 m drop rating for durability in rough environments. The fixed flood beam pattern suits close-range tasks rather than long-distance spotting.

Three AAA Alkaline Installation

Power comes from three user-supplied AAA alkaline cells that load into a front-mounted battery compartment; no charger or rechargeable pack is included. The front location keeps the centre of gravity forward, which some wearers find less balanced during extended use. Alkaline chemistry also means voltage sags as cells deplete, so brightness drops gradually instead of holding steady.

Dual-Mode Output and Runtime

Two light-output modes deliver a maximum of 130 lm reaching 45 m, with a 6-hour runtime at that peak setting. The lower mode extends operating time for shift-length jobs but reduces both output and throw distance. Fixed focus prevents beam adjustment, so the flood pattern remains constant regardless of mode selected.
