Grinch Hanging Ornament

The ENESCO Grinch by Jim Shore ornament depicts the classic character in a Naughty and Nice pose. It is made for collectors and holiday decorators who want a character-driven accent. The piece arrives new and ready to display on a tree, wreath or mantel.

Hand-Painted PVC Detail

The figure is crafted from PVC and finished with hand-painted colour. That process gives each ornament slight variations in shading and pattern. The surface resists fading under normal indoor light and keeps its detail through repeated seasonal use.

Compact Dimensions for Easy Placement

Measuring 5 inches tall by 1.91 inches wide by 2.14 inches deep, the ornament fits on standard branches without weighing them down. A built-in hanging loop allows quick installation and secure positioning. The sturdy resin construction reduces the risk of chipping during storage and handling.

Questions about this item

Does the PVC material or paint finish give off any noticeable odour or heat when the ornament hangs near a lit fireplace all day?

The ornament is made from PVC and hand-painted stone resin; it contains no electronics, so it produces no heat and emits no odour under normal indoor conditions.

What type of hook, ribbon or branch thickness is needed to hang the 5-inch figure securely?

A built-in hanging loop is moulded into the design; any standard ornament hook, thin ribbon or tree branch up to roughly 3 mm thick will hold the lightweight PVC piece.

Will the Jim Shore colour palette and quilt-pattern detailing clash with vintage glass baubles already on the tree?

The hand-painted finish uses traditional folk-art colours and quilt motifs that complement classic glass ornaments rather than clash with them.
