Outdoor Wi-Fi 6 Bridge Kit

This two-pack delivers 5 GHz Wi-Fi 6 links rated at up to 1,200 Mbps for point-to-point or point-to-multipoint bridging. Each unit integrates a 16 dBi directional antenna and supplies up to 26 dBm transmit power. The IP55-rated enclosure withstands dust and water jets for permanent outdoor mounting. It suits installers extending a LAN between buildings or across a yard.

Verify PoE and mounting before ordering

Confirm your network switch or injector can supply PoE power through the Gigabit Ethernet port on each radio. Ensure a clear line of sight exists between the two mounting locations so the directional antennas can align properly. Check that the 5 GHz band is permitted for outdoor use in your regulatory domain. The EnWiFi app handles configuration once the hardware is powered and aimed.

Sustained outdoor throughput

Beamforming and the high-gain antennas maintain a stable link for continuous 4K streaming to 20 clients or 1080p 30 fps camera feeds to 200 devices. The IP55 housing protects the radio electronics during prolonged exposure to rain, wind and dust without performance loss. Multiple operating modes including Access Point, Client Bridge, WDS Access Point and WDS Station let the pair serve long-term backbone or distribution roles.

Questions about this item

What is included in the EnGenius ENH500-AX KIT 2-Pack and do I need a separate PoE injector?

The kit contains two outdoor wireless bridge units each with an integrated 16 dBi directional antenna. A PoE injector is not included, so you must supply one to power each unit via the Gigabit Ethernet PoE port.

Should I choose this 2-pack or a single unit for a point-to-point link up to 5 miles?

A point-to-point link requires a radio at each end, so the 2-pack provides both endpoints needed for a connection up to 5 miles. A single unit would only cover one side of the link.

What does the 1,200 Mbps Wi-Fi 6 rating mean for real-world 4K streaming?

The 1,200 Mbps PHY rate on the 5 GHz band supports simultaneous 4K video streaming to up to 20 devices or 1080p 30 fps camera streaming to up to 200 devices under typical outdoor conditions.
