Ennovor 12-Inch Double-Sided Toothed Ties

These 12-inch nylon ties feature a patented double-sided toothed design and 85 lb tensile strength. The bulk pack supplies 1000 pieces for large cable-management projects. UV-resistant and fire-resistant nylon 66 handles indoor and outdoor conditions. Self-locking teeth adjust quickly without tools.

Replacing Single-Sided or Thinner Ties

Standard 3.6 mm wide ties with 1.25 mm thickness can slip under vibration or heavy loads. These 4.8 mm wide, 1.65 mm thick ties increase grip surface and shear resistance. The upgrade is worth it when bundles must stay secure in conduit, rack trays or exposed weather. Single-sided ties cannot match the locking density.

Easy Hand Installation With Snips

Insert the tail, pull tight and the teeth lock automatically; no special tool is required beyond flush cutters for the tail. Over-tightening can deform the head and reduce releasability. Cutting the tail too short leaves no tab for future adjustment. Cold snaps below freezing do not embrittle the nylon 66 material.

Questions about this item

What is the maximum bundle diameter the 12 inch ties can secure?

Each tie is 12 inches long, 0.19 inch wide and 0.065 inch thick, giving an 85 lb tensile rating for large cable bundles.

How do I lock the double-sided teeth without the tie slipping back?

Push the tapered tip through the head until the pawl clicks on both tooth rows; the self-locking mechanism prevents release unless the release tab is depressed.

Will the nylon become brittle after a year in direct sunlight?

The ties use UV-resistant nylon 66 rated for outdoor exposure, so they retain flexibility and strength well beyond the 1-year warranty period.
