A 1000-pack of 10-inch nylon cable ties rated at 50 lb tensile strength, UV and heat resistant from -22°F to 195°F for indoor and outdoor use
This bulk pack supplies one thousand black nylon ties measuring 10 inches long and 0.19 inches wide. Each tie withstands 50 lb of tensile strength and bundles up to 2.8 inches in diameter. The self-locking mechanism with a curved tip allows quick, repeatable fastening for installers and home users alike.
The ties are moulded from nylon PA 66 rated for continuous exposure from -22 °F to 195 °F (-30 °C to 90 °C). UV stabilisers prevent brittleness during prolonged outdoor use, while the material resists heat degradation in engine bays or attic spaces. No active cooling or power draw is involved.
The 1000-piece quantity supports large-scale cable management, garden securing, garage storage and temporary banner hanging. Ties can be used for wire bundles, plant supports or light-duty structural tasks. They are not suited for applications requiring releasable straps, metal-detectable fragments or tensile loads above 50 lb.

Wrap the tie around the bundle, insert the curved tip into the head, and pull tight. The step often missed is checking that the bundle diameter does not exceed 2.8 inches (70 mm) so the self-locking backstop can engage fully.
No routine maintenance is required. Replace any tie that shows cracking, brittleness, or loss of tensile strength after prolonged exposure to temperatures near the -22 °F to 195 °F limits or continuous UV.
The 50 lb tensile strength rating is the first limit; sustained loads approaching that value combined with temperature cycling toward 195 °F can cause creep and eventual failure.
