Cable ties for bundling and securing

Ennovor cable ties come in a 100-pack of black nylon wraps suited for organising cables, hoses and light pipework indoors or out. The self-locking head engages quickly and resists snagging when pulled through tight spaces. They are intended for installers, technicians and home users who need a reliable single-use fastener.

50-pound tensile strength and temperature range

Each tie is 8 inches long and 0.14 inch wide, giving a rated tensile strength of 50 pounds for bundling typical wire looms and light conduit. The nylon 6/6 material is fire-resistant and rated from 40°F to 185°F (440°C to 85°C), so it holds up in direct sunlight and cold snaps alike. Very heavy loads or constant vibration will exceed the 50-pound limit.

Replaces weaker or shorter ties

These ties upgrade from standard 18-pound or 40-pound wraps when a wider 3.5 mm strap and higher tensile rating are required. They are not suited for applications needing reusable releasable straps, stainless-steel bands or lengths beyond 8 inches.

Questions about this item

Will these 8-inch, 50-pound tensile ties hold alongside older, thinner zip ties I already use?

The 3.5 mm width gives a stronger lock than standard ties of the same length, so they can replace or supplement older ties without weakening the bundle.

How can I confirm the self-locking mechanism is engaging correctly after installation?

Pull the tail through the head until you hear a distinct click; the tie should then resist backward motion up to the rated 50-pound tensile strength.

Does the 100-pack include mounting bases or tools, or must I buy them separately?

Only the 100 black nylon ties are in the box; mounting bases, cutting tools or other accessories are not included and must be purchased separately.
