Compact Signature Capture for Counter and Field Use

The ePadlink VP9805 is a USB 2.0 signature pad with a 76 x 56 mm monochrome LCD that lights up when a signature or affirmation text appears. It captures legally-binding eSignatures at 100 counts per second and assigns a unique serial ID to the host computer. Bundled IntegriSign Desktop software with plug-ins for Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat 5.0 to 9.0 lets users sign documents immediately.

Check USB Port and OS Compatibility Before Ordering

The device draws power from a single USB 2.0 connection so no external adapter is required. Verify the host system has an available Type-A port and runs a Windows version supported by the bundled plug-ins, which cover Office 2000 through 2007 and Acrobat 5.0 through 9.0. Developers needing the SDK should confirm COM or Java runtime availability on the target machine.

Portable Build with Tethered Stylus for Daily

Weighing .75 lbs and measuring 151 x 151 x 41 mm, the unit fits easily on a crowded counter or in a mobile kit. The passive stylus is tethered to prevent loss during high-volume sessions. The LCD provides instant visual feedback for each signature, and the USB cable carries both data and power, reducing cable clutter at the point of sale.
