Right-handed optical mouse for competitive play

The Epomaker Click is a right-handed optical gaming mouse that weighs 58 grams and connects via 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth or USB-C cable. It uses the PAW3950 sensor with a range of 800 to 42,000 DPI and a maximum acceleration of 50 g. Three buttons and a scroll wheel provide the essential controls for fast-paced games or daily office work on Windows, macOS and Linux.

8000 Hz polling only in 2.4 GHz and wired modes

The 8,000 Hz polling rate is available when the mouse is used with the 2.4 GHz receiver or the USB-C cable. Bluetooth connectivity does not support this rate, so latency will be higher in that mode. The 500 mAh rechargeable battery powers the mouse for extended sessions, and the USB-A to USB-C cable allows charging while you play.

PAW3950 sensor with 42,000 DPI ceiling

The PAW3950 optical sensor delivers up to 42,000 DPI and tracks at 750 IPS with 50 g acceleration. Six on-the-fly DPI steps let you switch between low sensitivity for precise aiming and high sensitivity for rapid turns. Buyers who need additional programmable buttons, a left-handed shape or a heavier build should consider other models.

Questions about this item

Should I use the 800 DPI or 42,000 DPI setting for everyday use?

Start near 800 DPI for precise control in productivity tasks, then raise it in steps through the six presets until cursor speed feels comfortable for your screen size and workflow.

What does the 8,000 Hz polling rate actually deliver in a game?

In 2.4 GHz wireless or wired USB-C mode the mouse reports its position 8,000 times per second, cutting input latency to a fraction of a millisecond for smoother tracking during fast flicks.

Does the 2.4 GHz wireless mode limit the sensor’s 750 IPS tracking speed?

No — the PAW3950 sensor maintains its 750 IPS maximum tracking speed and 50 g acceleration in both 2.4 GHz wireless and wired USB-C connections.
