EPOS USB Busylight with Ringer

The EPOS 1000828 USB Busylight with Ringer provides a clear visual and audible presence indicator for headset users. It connects via USB to signal when a call is active or incoming, helping colleagues avoid interruptions. The device suits office workers and contact-centre agents who need a simple status light.

Plug-and-play USB setup with headset compatibility

Installation is straightforward: plug the busylight into a free USB port and it works with supported EPOS headsets without extra drivers. The unit is not designed for non-EPOS headsets or for systems that lack a standard USB-A port, so buyers needing broader headset support or a different connector should look elsewhere.
