What this headset delivers

The EPOS IMPACT SDW 5016T is a wireless headset built for professionals who spend long hours on calls and need reliable audio. It ships with a USB dongle, audio cable, USB cable, power supply, ear hook, headband and neckband so you can choose the wearing style that fits your day. First listed by the manufacturer in August 2024, it arrives new and ready for unified-communications platforms.

When the upgrade makes sense

If your current headset forces a single wearing style or lacks a dedicated USB dongle for instant plug-and-play connection, this kit removes those compromises. The included power supply keeps the dongle charged without occupying a computer port, and the swappable ear hook, headband and neckband let you switch between discrete and stable fits as your workflow changes. Buyers who need a boomless design or a single fixed form factor will not find that here.

What to verify before ordering

Confirm that your workstation has a free USB-A port for the dongle and that your softphone or UC platform supports standard USB audio class devices. Check whether your team prefers a boom microphone; this model uses an integrated solution rather than an adjustable boom. Ensure the supplied power supply matches your regional mains voltage before deployment.
