The Ergodyne 3770XL Tape Measure Trap is a dedicated pouch designed to hold measuring tapes securely on the job site. The container attaches directly to a tethering point so the tool stays with the user at height or in transit.

Build and attachment

Constructed from polyester, the pouch uses a hook-and-loop closure that opens quickly and seals reliably after repeated cycles. A D-ring on the tool end provides a fixed connection for lanyards or retractors, while the tethering component attachment point integrates with fall-protection systems. No tethers are included, so the user supplies the preferred length and style.

Daily handling

The pouch weighs very little and adds only 5 1/2 inches of height to the belt or harness, keeping the profile low against the body.
