Cooling Bandana for Hot Environments

The Ergodyne Chill-Its 6700 is a cooling bandana designed for workers who need relief from heat stress during long shifts. Its polymer-infused cotton construction activates with water to provide evaporative cooling without the bulk of a traditional towel. One size fits most head sizes for quick deployment on site.

Sustained Cooling Through Evaporation

Once hydrated the polymer crystals hold water and release it slowly so the cooling effect lasts for hours rather than minutes. The bandana stays damp but not dripping which keeps the wearer comfortable under sustained load in direct sun or hot indoor spaces. Re-soaking restores the effect without any power source or refrigeration.

Cotton Polymer Build with Tie Closure

The black cotton exterior resists fading while the internal polymer layer is sealed to prevent leakage during movement. A simple tie headband replaces hook-and-loop straps so there is no snagging on hair or hard-hat liners. The product is not washable so it is intended for single-season use and then replaced.
