Cooling Bandana PVA Skulls

The Ergodyne Chill-Its 6700CT is a tie-style headband designed for personal cooling during warm conditions. Its PVA material activates with water to provide evaporative relief for workers or outdoor enthusiasts. One size fits most head shapes. The skull graphic adds a distinctive look to the functional accessory.

Sustained evaporative performance

Once saturated the PVA fabric holds moisture and releases it gradually rather than drying out in a short burst. Re-wetting the bandana restores the cooling effect for continued use through a shift or activity. The cotton blend helps the band stay comfortable against the skin while damp. It remains effective as long as airflow reaches the wet surface.

Washable cotton-PVA construction

The bandana combines cotton and PVA so it can be machine washed after repeated use without losing its cooling properties. The tie closure adjusts to different head sizes and stays secure during movement. Black skull patterning hides light stains from sweat or dust. Lightweight fabric packs flat for easy storage in a pocket or gear bag.

Questions about this item

How does the PVA material handle heat during a full day of wear?

The PVA fabric activates with water and uses evaporation to pull heat away from the skin, staying cool for hours before needing a quick re-soak.

What do I need to have on hand before the bandana can start cooling?

Only clean water — soak the bandana for a minute, wring out the excess, and it is ready to wear.

Will the skull-print cotton exterior fade or shrink if I wash it with my regular work gear?

The bandana is machine-washable; the cotton shell and PVA core both hold up to normal laundry cycles without losing the cooling effect.
