  • Model 6815 designed specifically for warming in low temperatures
  • Part number 16815 identifies the exact balaclava variant

Full-Face Warming Cap

The Ergodyne N-Ferno 6815 is a one-size stretch cap designed for cold-weather warmth. It covers the entire face and head, making it suitable for outdoor workers or anyone exposed to low temperatures. The black polyester construction provides a snug, flexible fit for extended wear.

Polyester Build and Washable Design

Made from polyester, the cap resists moisture and dries quickly after washing. The stretch fabric conforms to the head without rigid closures, staying in place during active movement. Its washable nature allows easy cleaning after heavy use, maintaining hygiene over a long season.

Replaces Loose Scarves and Thin Liners

This balaclava upgrades from separate scarves or thin helmet liners that shift or gap in wind. The full-face coverage seals out drafts in a single layer, reducing bulk under hard hats or helmets. The jump is worth it when coordinated cold protection matters more than modular accessories.
