Desk-mounted mouse platform

The Aidata UM003B clamps beneath a desk up to 40 mm thick and positions the mouse at chair arm-rest height. A built-in cable clip holds the mouse cord in place so it cannot snag during use.

Stable metal-plastic clamps

The clamp mechanism secures the platform without drilling or adhesive and supports surfaces up to 1.57 inches thick. No moving parts or fans are present so the accessory adds no noise or power draw to the workstation.

Cable clip and height offset

The integrated clip keeps the mouse cable routed neatly while the lowered platform reduces shoulder reach. First listed by the manufacturer in 2025, it suits users who want a fixed mouse surface without a traditional pad.

Questions about this item

How do I clamp the Aidata UM003B platform to a desk that is 40 mm thick?

Slide the metal-plastic clamps over the desk edge and tighten the thumbscrews until the platform no longer shifts; the clamps accept surfaces up to 40 mm or 1.57 in thick.

When should I replace the built-in mouse cable clip?

Replace the clip if the plastic tab cracks or loses its grip on the cable, otherwise no scheduled maintenance is required for the platform itself.

What is the maximum desk thickness the clamps can grip before they stop holding securely?

The clamps are rated for work surfaces up to 40 mm / 1.57 in; thicker tops will prevent the jaws from closing fully and the platform may wobble.
